After a break of over 500 years, spirit is once again flowing from the copper stills at Lindores Abbey, the officially recognised site of the first recorded distillation of Scotch Whisky in 1494. This bottling is a mixture of liquid that was matured in a selection of Bourbon Barrels, Wine Barriques and Sherry Butts. Distilled from Kingdom of Fife Barley. Natural colour and non chill filtered.
