Matured in a combination of first-fill Bourbon, Virgin American Oak, and Calvados casks, it delivers vibrant notes of fresh apple, buttery caramel, and sweet oak, with a soft, grassy freshness and a smooth, spiced finish.
Nose: Sweet apple notes, earthy, fresh cut grass and lightly floral notes.
Palate: Fresh cut green apples, buttery caramel, fresh grassy flavours & oaky spice. Apple cake, rich and buttery, with cream and fruit freshness.
Finish: Sweet oak, caramel, and light cereal to finish.
