A good quality Caribbean rum with a delicious authentic cherry flavour.
Nose: Blackcurrant, cough drops, a little pinch of cinnamon, marzipan, mango, and just a waft of spring blossom.
Palate: Cherry Bakewells, brown sugar, more festive spices, a smidge of vanilla pod earthiness building, amaretti biscuits.
Finish: Softly tannic, with ripe cherry and spiced fruit compote notes.
How to enjoy: Cherry notes galore, with a backbone of rum rounding everything out. Great addition to cocktails but especially at home in a good old cherry coke.
