A core of quality rum with an infusion of natural flavours.
Nose: The clarity of the raspberry aroma is lovely, all that fragrant, sweet, and slightly sour flavours are present. There’s also a little tropical fruit, liquorice, peppery spice, and toffee apple.
Palate: The palate is more like raspberry jam, stickier and thicker but not cloying with its sweetness. There’s a helping of Liquorice Allsorts, cardamom, and toasted brown sugar.
Finish: Vanilla, raspberry, cola cubes, and charred caramel.
