Rum Zenn is a blend of Pot & Column distillates, is put through hydrodynamic cavitation and then rested in large stainless steel tanks. An unaged rum that has then been pressed with fines of oak wood from ex-bourbon casks.
Nose: A delicate hint of vanilla, peppery spices, and honey.
Palate: Bright hints of sugar cane and zesty fruit, hints of black pepper, cassia, and vanilla pod.
Finish: Light and spicy.
How to enjoy: Best enjoyed in cocktails, use in the classics to add a touch of complexity.
