Ice spheres dilute less and therefore last longer than traditional ice cubes.
Simply fill the mould with water, freeze for at least 4 hours, and open to release a perfect 6cm ice ball – a better way to enjoy liquor on the rocks. For added flavour, fill the mould with citrus fruit slices, herbs or use juice in place of water.
