A long 30-day fermentation gives White Peak Rum real depth of flavour and complexity, all coming from the distilled spirit. No added flavours, sugar or colour, the golden hue comes solely from the cask.
Nose: Spicy vanilla with hints of caramel.
Palate: A complex combination of dried dark fruits and light caramel with the merest hint of smoke.
Finish: Smooth with a warming satisfying finish.
How to enjoy: Fantastic neat, or add ginger ale and a wedge of lime for a long drink.
